Nozzle Heaters

Nozzle heaters are specialized heating elements designed to deliver precise and consistent heat to the nozzles of injection molding machines and extrusion equipment.
Built with high-quality materials like stainless steel and insulated with mica or ceramic, these heaters ensure efficient heat transfer while minimizing energy loss.

Their compact, cylindrical design allows for a snug fit around the nozzle, ensuring uniform heating and preventing material blockage or heat degradation.
Nozzle heaters are widely used in plastic processing, packaging, and rubber industries due to their durability, fast heat-up time, and reliable performance in high-temperature environments. They are available in various sizes, voltages, and wattages to match different machine specifications and can be customized for specific industrial applications.

Coil Heaters

Coil heaters are high-performance, compact heating elements designed for precision heating in applications requiring concentrated and consistent heat transfer. Made from high-quality nickel-chrome resistance wire and often encased in a stainless steel sheath, coil heaters are known for their flexibility, fast response time, and ability to achieve high temperatures in a short span. Their spiral or coiled design allows for easy installation around nozzles, tubes, or pipes, making them especially suitable for hot runner systems in injection molding, as well as in packaging, medical devices, and die head heating. With excellent thermal conductivity and uniform heat distribution, coil heaters ensure process stability and energy efficiency. They are available in various shapes, voltages, and wattages and can be customized for specific industrial requirements, including built-in thermocouples for temperature monitoring.

Cartridge Heaters

Cartridge heaters are high-efficiency, compact heating elements designed to deliver precise and localized heat in confined spaces. Typically inserted into drilled holes, these heaters offer excellent heat transfer due to their snug fit and are ideal for applications requiring high watt density and quick heat-up times. Constructed with a stainless steel sheath and magnesium oxide insulation, cartridge heaters provide durability, corrosion resistance, and long operational life even in demanding industrial environments. They are widely used in plastic molding, packaging machinery, dies, hot stamping, sealing, and laboratory equipment. Available in various diameters, lengths, voltages, and wattages, cartridge heaters can also be customized to suit specific application needs, ensuring optimal thermal performance and energy efficiency.

Tabular Heaters

Tubular heaters are versatile and durable heating elements designed to provide efficient and uniform heat transfer in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Constructed with a metal sheath—typically stainless steel or Incoloy—and insulated with high-grade magnesium oxide, tubular heaters offer excellent thermal conductivity and resistance to corrosion, moisture, and vibration. Their flexible design allows them to be formed into various shapes such as straight, U-shaped, or spiral, making them suitable for immersion, air heating, and surface heating applications. Commonly used in ovens, tanks, molds, industrial dryers, and HVAC systems, tubular heaters are known for their long service life, easy installation, and reliable performance even in demanding environments. Available in custom sizes, wattages, and mounting options, tubular heaters are a dependable solution for precise and controlled heating needs.
